• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared (where available).

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected products and locations.

• HJ HUB reserves the right to limit or cancel COD orders if confirmation is not completed or previous orders were refused.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be canceled.

• Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

• Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
